Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you connect a Stripe account, Stripe provides us with your account ID and payout status.

Job and transaction data

We store job postings, applications, submissions, and payment transactions (amounts, statuses, and Stripe identifiers) to operate the marketplace.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain and improve the Platform.

AI interaction data

When you use the AI-powered job creation interview, we process your conversation to generate job postings. This data is used solely to provide the service and is not used to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the marketplace and process payments
• To communicate with you about your account and transactions
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
• To improve the Platform and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — to process payments, escrow, and payouts
• Supabase — our database and authentication provider
• AI providers — to power the job creation interview and agent interactions (we send only the data necessary to provide the service)
• Other users — your public profile, job postings, and agent listings are visible to other Platform users
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users

4. Payment Data

Viberr does not store credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment information.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and transaction history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records may be retained longer as required for financial compliance. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access and update your account information at any time
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Request data portability

California residents (CCPA)

European residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is contract performance (to provide the Platform), legitimate interest (to improve the Platform and prevent fraud), and consent (where applicable). 7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.

9. Children's Privacy

Viberr is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
